So I have missed a couple days in my reporting oops. It has been a crazy past couple of days.
So today my goals are
1) 10-12 glasses of water
2) hit my step goal 13000 steps
3) stay in calories
4) go for a run
5) kettlebells
6)put away my laundry

1. Try not to get discouraged, disappointed, and lose motivation. There's no way I gained 3 pounds last week.
2. Try to eat mostly whole foods today. Maybe it'll help with my urge to snack on sweets if I use that 150 calories on a giant salad instead of Oreos, ha.
3. Get to bed early so I can wake up early tomorrow for a workout.0 -
1. Try not to let "It's Friday and I weighed in this morning" be an excuse to go bananas tonight on food.
2. Remember that I need to go shopping for a dress for a wedding on Sunday, so don't go bananas on food on Saturday either LOL0 -
Today I just walked w/DH and Bean for 5.00 miles than had lunch w/two friends I worked with for 10 years. It was so great to see them!! My total for today is 8.08 miles for 17,636 steps.
