I too am having a pretty good day. My boss phoned yesterday and asked me to work a double shift on sat and take fri off. You know me I have a hard time saying no. Anyway today the weather is rotten and I'm home!!!

@Frigs Don't work too hard! I was the same way, don't miss THOSE days,
After my morning workout heading to my daughter to babysit my grand daughter for a few hours. Plus spending the day with her,
Bonus the scale is going down some, yessssssss!
Today's goal:
1. Morning run!
2. Stick to my meal plan!
3. No late night snacking
4. Portion control0 -
Happy Friday!! Another little drop in scales today...now if I can just hold it together over the weekend, I might be making progress and finally lose that gain from 2 weeks ago..ugh
Todays goals:
active rest day
swim - 30 mins done
eat within calories
fluids
rest0 -
Yes, happy Friday!! I have done very well with food and exercise all week...I saw the scale drop on Monday, but it's back up today for who knows what reason..yesterday was weigh in day, but it didn't drop...so keep plugging and chugging along! :0)

Good morning everyone!!!
Great job staying focused @Frigs!!!
@CourtLloyd you're doing so great you should be walking on clouds girl!!!
Yesterday was another great daythey all feel great when you eat as much as I did
I clocked about 2900 calories, had about a gallon and half of water and this morning my weight is exactly as yesterday's
I guess I'm trying to tell everyone that once we pass over the fear of eating there is a big rainbow on the other side.
Today my plan is to do my training, stretch a lot, do my chin-ups and as far as food goes, I will play it by ear because my body and I sure are enjoying the process.
Let's have a fabulous Friday!!!0 -
I tried to post this morning, but my phone wouldn't do it.
Hit my goals yesterday. My weight dropped again this morning, so I'm back to where I was at Valentine's Day. Yay!
The house stuff is still stressful, but we have a game plan now to get off the merry-go-round of no progress we've been stuck on for the last week. Options are being presented to the seller, so we'll have an answer one way or another. They don't really have any choices at this point though other than to do the work that needs to be done because the town won't allow the property to be sold the way it is.
Good luck @Frigs
Goals for today:
1. stay within calories
2. 12k steps (already done)
3. Rest and destress0 -
@SingRunTing purchasing a house can be super stressful when things go sideways. It is important to try and keep the stress in check (I didn't this summer and gained a pile of weight) so you don't derail yourself. Congrats on dropping back to your pre Valentine weight! I was .1 away from my low point this year this morning..so close lol
Stay consistent you have been doing awesome...you are a great inspiration to me with all you have accomplished0
