I did great on getting all my protein. I cut way back on my sugar to compensate for the day before. In fact I would have cut out my daily candy treat but I was short calories and it was late and I just wanted to go to bed.

Wow.. day 49.... almost to our halfway point!
Yesterday went well for me. Today's goals are eating in my calorie goals and pushing myself even harder at the gym.0 -
Sounds great! It all balances out!
Yesterday - fueled up and it's ok cause my plan on Saturdays is moderation but enjoy!
Today - High Carb Day - Count them today and get ready for the week so GO GET SOME VEGETABLES I tell myself..make time for that. Find the sale item and load up!
5K done. Lots of local political activity today and looking forward to the next miletsone!

Good morning, everyone a gorgeous sunny morning here in Alberta! Woke up this morning to see a moose outside my kitchen window!! It was remarkable, there were 2 and we watched them for about a 1/2 hour before they trotted off. What a perfect start to the morning.
Today is active rest day, got most of my chores done yesterday so hubby and I could just spend a. Ice day together.

Yesterday was a lovely day with great temperatures, we spend a lot of time having fun in the park and I have blisters to prove it
I was a little surprised by my appetite yesterday since I really wasn't expecting it to increase... It didI'm very happy with that because it means I'm kicking my metabolism even more than I was expecting and in a few days once I go back to a deficit, I should be able to loose fat while eating more than before.
Today is another unusually beautiful February day so we are making plans to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. I want to get my chin-ups in, drink about 1 1/2 gallons of water, up the protein and do a yoga session.

Good evening everyone. The last couple of days have been good and the scales are being my best friend . got a very busy couple of weeks coming up so I have spent the weekend cooking and making meal plans. Water could have been better, but on the whole not bad at all.
Monday sees a return to work and the normal plan:
Stick to the meal plan
No snacking at work
More water than coffee
Walk at lunchtime
