Good morning, everyone! Today we are going to work on something that isn't often talked about. The spine!

Today's Challenge: Do some spine strengthening exercises!

Our spines are extremely important but often overlooked until something happens. So today let's put some backbone into it!

    Did some yoga today.
    My back is feeling strong, open, stretched, and sweaty, lol :)
