Hopefully those of you who have joined us are off and 'Doin what it do'! Here's a tip...Don't weigh in everyday! It will frustrate you if you don't see the big reward! Treasure the little rewards by only weighing yourself once a week in the morning, after your morning ritual! You will see big rewards if you are doing eating correctly and you will notice it before you step on that scale.0
