This will help you track your progress and how to get where you want to be!Buy a fitness watch that is compatible with this app. It will let you know when you need to get that body moving and get your steps in! It will also monitor your sleep patterns.

    Hopefully those of you who have joined us are off and 'Doin what it do'! Here's a tip...Don't weigh in everyday! It will frustrate you if you don't see the big reward! Treasure the little rewards by only weighing yourself once a week in the morning, after your morning ritual! You will see big rewards if you are doing eating correctly and you will notice it before you step on that scale.
