Just wondering for any of you who have received the blaze already, does it have an option of having a watch face with a second hand?
I have the charge hr and although I love it, I'm a nurse and really need a second hand for when I'm at work so I need to find a tracker with that option. I'd really like to stick with fitbit tho.

The advertising boasts "multi-faceted clock faces" so I would assume it does.
It looks like the only new things compared with the Surge are the color screen and calendar notifications.
What I want to know is: Do the music controls, text messages, and calendar notifications actually work? On the Surge, they are only supported with iPhone... something I would have liked to have known before actually buying the Surge. After more than a year, there is no fix. I'm annoyed with Fitbit about this.0 -
So I was just poking around the help forums on Fitbit, and it looks like they think text notifications work with most Android devices, but I know they are wrong (the troubleshooting tips are no different than a long time ago when they didn't work). My device (Galaxy Note 3) is listed as one that does not work for music controls, so that is known. These issues appear to be the same for both the Surge and the Blaze, based on details in the Help section and on Fitbit forums.0

Oh well that changes everything for me. I have an android and you couldn't pay me enough to switch back to iPhone haha! Looks like I'm gonna have to look into other companies.
Thanks for your reply!0 -
No problem. - Definitely wish I had known before buying the Surge. And I'm irritated that they already came out with a new device before fixing problems with existing features and Android.0

But if I had known, I would have gotten the Charge HR... because I still like the HRM features with everything else.0

dream_big-- if you already have a Charge HR, you can change the clock face to include seconds with the time in the Clock Face settings area. I hope this helps!0
