I have battled weight my entire life. I have times where I do extremely well, then fall off. Its so hard doing this journey alone especially when you just keep yoyoing. I blame it partly on my depression, anxiety, bpd. I know that I can't let any of this evil beat me! So if your struggling like I do stay steady and don't give up!

    I completely know what it is to suffer from depression and anxiety.

    Try not to restrict your diet too much and look for exercises you enjoy. That way it's easier. I don't forbid myself any food and I only do exercises that I like (so I hardly ever run lol).
