Yesterday I thought I was doing great went to work and mid shift back came my fever. I actually left work and swapped shifts so I have an extra day to get on my feet.

    Rest
    plenty of fluids
    low impact exercise
just keep it light and hope to kick this bug. I still feel fine but it's gotta be something.

    Good morning everyone!!
Yesterday... I can't believe how much I did; hit all my goals and then some.
Today, I feel like I kissed a school bus head on :o I'm sore and stiff. My basic daily exercises should help bring some blood flow back. The plan is to take it easy, eat within limits, drink plenty of water and enjoy the day.
    Let's have a fabulous Thursday!!!

I didn't do so hot yesterday. My appetite was in full swing and then I couldn't make it to the gym due to the snowy roads. Today will be much better. My plan is to get in more water than usual, a gym workout tonight, and a light dinner.
@2020pinktogo _ I hope you get feeling better soon!

Great job @GrandmaJackie! Buffets are a real challenge to make healthy choices and not in excessive amounts. Well done!

I have been MIA on posting my goals. But I am back. The scale is up a few pounds which I hated to adjust on the spreadsheet, but I have to own up to it. The good thing is its only up by a few pounds and I am back on track. I the past I use to wait until I was up 5 or 6 pounds before I got back on track.
