Just wanted to reach out and see what others are doing for a healthy breakfast?

    Oatmeal and fruit.

    im alternating: oatmeal and fruit some days, 1 egg mixed with one egg white, refrigerator oatmeal with fruit and honey, protein smoothie, etc. If I don't mix it up, I'll never stick with it

    Thanks! I'm doing scrambled eggs with salsa on top and adding some walnuts on the side. I need to mix it up too, thanks for sharing :)

    I am doing smoothies. This morning was a smoothie with an almond milk base, frozen fruit, half of banana, 2 cups of kale, chia seeds.

    I'm an oatmeal girl. 1 serving of plain oats, 1/2 scoop of protein powder of choice for flavor, and a tablespoon of peanut butter on top :)

    I use to have sweet potato pancakes or waffles but then my personal trainer decided to cut my carbs
