I'll be away for tomorrow so I'm weighing in today. I was sick this week so I'm not going to lose my *kitten* if I don't maintain this progress but I'll be sad. I have some new stress from work that is finally getting to me and I hope I can stay strong this week, think happy thoughts.

I'm up and down this week but hovering around 194 still. Sore today from spinning and always a few lbs heavy when I'm sore. I might be a bit stuck - only 2 lbs in a month - BUT I'm down an inch in hip and waist so it's working! My body might be wondering what all this exercise and good food is about...0
