hi 5 Yesterday!

Today:
1. HIIT morning
2. 5K afternoon
3. 1 gallon
4. High Carb Day - time to reload!

Have a good one. I will not be on tomorrow..heading up early to the mountains to ski with my daughter but it's a high carb plus a little extra for Sunday continuation of carb reloading!!

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was very good but discovered I have a minor respiratory infection.
    Today I'm focusing on getting better, drinking lots of lemon juice, lots of water, get a good sweat in, eat within calories and cover the basics.
    I'm challenging myself to a weekend where calories are within limits.
    Let's make this Saturday fabulous :)

    Squeaked under the calories . Made the cake but didn't walk. Singing was good but fell asleep on the sofa when I got home.
    The plan for Sunday is portion control at lunch and then some gardening to ameliorate the chocolate pudding
