Sorry I have been MIA as of late. My daughter finished school and got her second degree, we moved her back home and now she has a job and we are in the process of getting her ready to move to a new place. It's been crazy here. This next week marks only a month left to this challenge, hope everyone is still working on getting healthy!!

I don't think I'm going to hit the full 20, but considering all I've done is alter my heating/drinking habits, I'll take what I can get. I'm hoping to start back into exercising soon, after I get my back pain taken care of. *crosses fingers*0 -
I've been gone traveling for an entire month abroad in Thailand and Korea so j didn't have a scale. I didn't lose weight, but I barely gained too. I know now I won't hit my original lofty 152.0 so I revised my goal to a challenging 157.0 by 4/1.
4 more weeks y'all. Let's end this challenge strong!

@kayjosh2422 I feel your pain in moving your daughter Last Aug we moved my daughter into her fourth apt for graduate school. She was like Oh I'm offering pizza to my friends I won't need you mom. Well guess who was the only one to show up Mom and grandma and grandpa. thank goodness I had repacked her stuff and made it senior citizens ready. I'd rather make two trips than carry something too heavy. thank goodness she also settled on the apt on the second floor too.0 -
