    I just want to give a shout to all my cold weather country girls! I know it must be that much harder not wanting or being able to go outside and workout. BUT, I know you are determined and can get creative, even staying at home! Your summer self will thank you!!

    Hi there I'm from the UK and wondered if I can join? Not done this before so don't know if this is the right way to do it! I've always struggled with weight loss and now I'm so close to my goal I'm struggling to shift the extra weight. Trying to lose 4kg/9lbs. :)
