Time Lord Challege ;)

How much time can you log working out this week? Any type of physical activity counts...run, walk, garden, play soccer, clean your house or office, chase your kids...anything!

    30 minutes chest including pushups, pikes, push jacks, chest press, incline chest press, military push ups and push up pluses, burpees

    1 hour of coaching basketball and 1 hour coach basketball practice. Played a little. 12,766 steps for the day.i am hopeful the long run every week will finally pull some weight off.

    3/6 - 4 hours harvesting willow
    3/7 - 2 hours harvesting willow
    & 47 minutes treadmill walking

    Total time - 6 hours 47 minutes

    I walked with a 10 pound weight tonight, alternating which side I carried it on. Totaled 15 minutes on each side. Barely felt it in my obliques, so I'll move up to 12 pounds tomorrow.

    3/6: 5 minute warm-up walk, 49 minute run, 5 minute cool-down walk = 54 minutes
    3/7: 5 minute warm-up walk, 26 minute run, 5 minute cool-down walk = 36 minutes
    Current Total: 1 hr 30 mins.

    3/6: cleaned our barn and worked horses for 3 hr, squats 10 min
    3/7: P90X3: 30 min, laundry folding 1 hr, dusting/vacuuming 1 hr, squats 10 min

    Getting ready for VACA!! Who else cannot stand coming home to a dirty house after vaca? I am in full nesting mode right now! A few more days and I will be soaking up some SUN! ✈️☀️

    Awesome itstime....we are getting ready for vaca also....we have horses too...8 today, lost one last week in a riding accident. What area of the country are you soaking up the sun?
    We are heading to the Austin TX area after the rodeo this weekend. Really looking forward to several days off.

    3/8: 5 min warm up 4.0 walk
    10 minutes walking backward on 30% incline treadmill
    4 minutes stair climber
    30 minutes interval leg work-out including lots of single leg super sets.

    Tomorrow is a day of rest and I am so looking forward to sleeping in.

    three days until vacation...counting down...I think I am going to take a week off of exercising...rest a little..

    4 hours of rodeo parent. I got 8500 steps this morning. But wasn't moving the full four hours so how about 1 hour rodeo coaching, groom and gofer
