2. Walk 1 mile - lunch
3. HIIT tonight strength
4. 60 abs
5. 1 gallon
6. Low Carb Day- all the good ones.

    Well I attempted to walk the park yesterday but froze my butt off and only did 2 laps. I don't mind cold but the wind was fierce.

    increase the exercise

    eat well.

    Good morning!

    I hit my goals yesterday. Should be going for a run tonight and it's supposed to be in the 50's. Yay for warmer weather!

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 3 mile run

    Yesterday, went extremely well after having my grand kids for a couple days! But the scale is up biggggg time! Tom is here so that has a major factor so the next couple weeks sodium is my key factor.

    Goals
    1. Low sodium
    2. Run / elliptical
    3. No late night snacking
    4. Grocery shop for lots of fruit and healthy snacks
    5. Strength training 30 mins

    Good morning everyone!!!
    I had a very happy day yesterday, things worked out great but no training...
    Today I plan on catching up with my training schedule and covering all the usual basics. We are having some great temperatures these days and I'm trying to get as much sun as possible :)

    Hello everyone!

    I was a rock with yesterday's goals. Yay! Today's goals are the same. The weather is in the upper 50's today. It feels wonderful to get outside after such a long snowy winter.

    I hung out the washing so the that's something. Other than that is was a total fail day. Wednesday will be better.
    I will not eat the leftover stale cake
    I will drink water
    I will eat as planned there will be yoga after work after a hectic days work
