Milestone Day! Don't forget to log your weight today!

Yesterday- Hi-5+
Today
1. 5K run in and done. PR at 9:37 pace.
2. 60 abs
3. walk at lunch - 1 mile
4. WOD - 20 minute strength and flexibilty
5. 1 Gallon
6. Lo-Carb Day - but not too low.

I feel like I am finally back on track. New carb cycling is working for me and helping me to eat more vegetables...Just gotta get my but to the store because my daughter is home this week and is eating them too!!!

    Good morning!

    I did not hit my steps yesterday. We ended up being called into the attorney's office to sign the Purchase & Sales agreement for the house (finally!) and I had to go straight to choir from there. Didn't get home until 9pm and I decided to relax instead of walking 3 miles. It's ok. I still hit my calorie goal, which ended up slightly over my maintenance TDEE that my fitbit gave me.

    So my weight is exactly the same as the last milestone. However, last week it was my lowest weight for the week, and this week it's the highest. This is why I like weighing daily because I can look at the whole picture, so I'm not freaking out thinking that I haven't lost anything.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 12k steps
    3. 2 mile run & yoga

    Good morning everyone and happy milestone 6!!!
    Congratulations to everyone for all the awesome progress !!!!
    Yesterday was a good day and this morning my weight dropped nicely; not quite at my lowest yet but getting there :)
    The plan for today is to cover my basics and have the best day possible :)
    Let's make this Thursday fabulous!!!!

    Happy milestone!!

    Yesterday was an all green fitbit kind of day, did well overall!

    Today, lower carbs, 12 cups of water, a little workout and rest up for a 10K run on Saturday. My first 10K race! :0)

    weight is still the same.

    Had a great day yesterday and got up bright and early today and did 3 miles right off the bat. Plan on exercising before I turn in so I can sleep through the night.

    Happy Friday everyone! Missed the check in, was in the hospital most of the day because I was having a couple of procedures done. But not much change anyway so perhaps next milestone I will have more to report.
    Not allowed to drive today so can't get to the gym and don't have a lot of strength anyway since I couldn't eat the last two days.
    Today's goals:
    Light activity outside
    Stay within calories
    Rest
