    Oh dear.
I missed reporting last week because I kept thinking that my weight would change!!! Now, a week beyond that and still no change!!!!

I am definitely plateaued. I now really understand that. My weight hasn't changed now in OVER two weeks. Yet, I still consume less than 1350 calories a day. How can that even be?

    :-(

Don't give up!! No change is better than a gain. Trust the Process!!! Hugs

@KoshVorlon we are so twinning right now! I am stuck as well- I went with @itstime2016 suggestion and decided to let it be. The scale will move when it's ready. I know it's discouraging and boy it really messes with you mentally.

Let's see if we can break it at next weigh in!

Learning to accept that the darn scale doesn't always reflect my hard work is a difficult task for me. Sure this week was a good week but next week may not be a good week. I always remind myself this is a marathon not a sprint. There are going to be speed bumps along the way and that's ok because that's life.

I will be going on vacation at the end of the week for 5 days. I am confident that I will get my workouts in but I will have to give up control of my food preparation this week and make the best choices that I can with the options in front of me. This too is life. So, whatever number is on the scale next week will be ok with me.

As long as I get back on track quickly I think I will be ok

    Week 2: 200.5 (-2.6)
    Week 3: 200.5 (-0)
    Week 4: 199.1 (-1.4)
    Week 5: 194.5 (-4.6)
    Week 6: 194.0 (-0.5)
    Week 7: 191.6 (-2.4)
    Week 8: 189.7 (-1.9)
    Week 9: 187.3(-2.4)
    Week 10: 188.3 (+1)

    Total loss this challenge: 16.6

I can't believe I gained a 1lb this week. I worked really hard and my nutrition was good. I feel like I'm being teased. I was 1.4lbs away from a total loss of 100lbs. Oh well back to the grind maybe next week.

@curves2j congrats on your break through!

@forme2no could be that TOM is coming to town? or you retained water? or excess sodium? or right on- the tease- just stay on it!

I am so happy with my -0.8 loss - not even a whole pound but man this plateau wall needs to be behind me :)
