Morning everyone,

Yesterday, it turns out my workouts wasn't all that great but I was right on with my diet, :)

Today's goal
1. Morning run
2. Evening walk
3. Hit protein goal.
4. Focus on my meals for the next week.

    Well I did well this week I packed my lunch every day. I stayed mellow and exercised before I went to work probably how I stayed so calm. LOL :) I have made my decision that if and when a full time position opens I'm going for it.

    Today's goals:
    Buy some food
    do the chores around the house that didn't get done all week
    exercise

    Good morning everyone!!!
    Yesterday was crazy busy but I managed to hit all my goals including training and now I'm "enjoying" a nice soreness.
    Today I want to have a relaxing day, cover all my basics and get some extra rest to compensate for last night. I'm retaining a lot of water post training and I'm hoping I will have a woosh tomorrow for our milestone :)

    Evening everyone. Hope you have had a fun Saturday. Today the plan was healthy choices and that has held. Need to up the water the evening though. @2020pinktogo congrats on making the decision.
