Today's goals
1. Plan out a couple new healthy recipes for this week.
2. Gym workout.
3. Evening walk
4. Grocery shopping for the week with healthy snacks
5. Workout plan for the week.

    Well I went to the pool yesterday and my body feels it today. So I'm going to keep it light today.
    Still have more errands to run
    going to try and rest today

    Milestone 7 Day - Don't forget to log your current weight.

    Yesterday - Good day. Went as planned for a 5K pub crawl. PR 9:27 pace. Woo hoo!
    Onto today.

    Today -
    1. 2 mile walk/run to support fellow sole sisters returning from injury
    2. Yard raking
    3. Stretch
    4. GO GROCERY SHOPPING to get GOOD FOOD!
    5. Make a good chili for the week
    6. Hi Carb Day
    7. Water it up!

    I am closing the gap in my goals and very happy with my carb cycling routine.
    I have stayed in this decade for so far for 19 days this month so feeling grateful for this challenge which has gotten me over a very big hurdle !!!

    This week. Planning to bust my butt exercise/diet/water wise as I have a planned surgery coming up and will not be able to exercise for 2 weeks. But I know it's a lifelong journey and these bumps are not gonna set me back from my goals. 3 lbs from this challenge goal and 6 lbs from final goal........

    Good morning everyone and welcome to milestone 7!!!
    We have a month to reach our goals for this challenge so let's make them count!!!
    Congratulations to all of us for being here and staying mindful!!!!
    My post training water retention is going down but I'm still half a pound up from my lowest weight so no progress to report today. I'm staying on course and waiting patiently for things to fall into place.
    Yesterday I checked off all my goals. It was past midnight when I realized that I still had another set of 3 chin-ups to complete; half asleep, I jumped on the bar and finished the day strong :)
    Sunday is my favorite day because the soreness is now mild and I can feel good while moving. The plan for today is cover the basics, do some yoga and go shopping for cake supplies and start making all the decorations for my husbands b-day cake.
    Let's make it a fabulous Sunday!!!!
