I normally don't like the scale at the Dr's office but it's lucky I didn't do a dance there as it said I had met my goal. But I'm sticking with my home scale and just going with the numbers I have.
But I was very happy all day yesterday LOL
Stick to the plan
Lots of water
exercise
go have the blood work and x rays
eat proper

Off to London today may not be back on it till Thursday but then I have been losing the will to fight anyway so maybe this will help.0

Good morning everyone!!!
Yesterday went well. I was a bit stressed since I had a dentist appointment. I think I'm a bit obsessed with tracking everything as I was sitting in the chair waiting for the doc, I took my heart rate... It was129 bpm... Basically doing cardio
Today I have lots of things I want to accomplish including my training. I will be honest and admit that I'm feeling a bit lazy and lacking my usual determination. However, I've played this game for a long time now and I have learned that as long as I do my part and accomplish my tasks, motivation is never required. I know that sooner or later today somethings nice will happen and my mood will change.
