Alrighty, we had something delicious yesterday and now it is time to work it off!
Today's Challenge: Work your leg muscles by taking a walk that includes a medium-sized hill.
Cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight because it exercises the heart! So let's tackle those hills guys!

Did not do exactly that but I ran on the treadmill 3 miles with small incline. Never done incline before.0

Went for two 20 minute walks today!0

No Hills but I did over 10k steps.0
