Week 3: 179.0 -2.8
Week 4: 179.8 -.8
Week 5: 178.0 -1.8

Week 10: 174.4 +2.6
Week 11: 170.4 -4.0
Week 12: 166.6 -3.8
Total loss this challenge: -15.2

After I screamed about breaking my plateau The next day the scale went back to 170, and it kept going all the way to 171.8.

I thought it would never move back but here we are: I got on and it said 166.6!!!!!

Boy oh boy I was so excited to skip the 169, 168 and 167's!! I couldn't believe it but it's true!!!

Finally feeling like I am seeing progress it's been a rough battle but keeping at it one day at a time.

Weighed in again today at 166.6 so it's real!!!

Now let's see if we can get at least 1 pound off this week

You and I are on the same path, it seems! I thought you should know that your continuing to post is very helpful to me. It is reassuring to know I am not alone!! As of yesterday the scale read:254, this morning ir is reading 257.4....WTH???

@KoshVorlon I am glad I can help. You have made me feel the same way. A friend who is a trainer told me to drink 1 protein shake 1 hour after dinner. Should be 100 calories. I tried that last night and this morning I was magically down 1.2... Seems to work. I went with Quest Protein in Vanilla. Tastes great!
