@curves2j, as I mentioned earlier, we are on the same path and if it weren't for your posting, my drive would be much weaker...

I will continue nevertheless even though I seem to be plagued with numerous plateaus. Today is Holy Saturday. I know we are hosting family with a Honey Baked Ham, Snow Crab (drawn butter!!) and some carrot cake coming up so Easter Sunday will be a bit over my daily target of 1300 calories... I will continue because I have now bagged up and given away ALL my 48" and 46" slacks and trousers; all my 3XL shirts and accompanying belts. I am now fitting easily into 44" pants and 2XL shirts. My ideal would be a 38" waist with medium to large shirts...we'll see. But my colleagues and friends are beginning to comment on my loss, even saying I look younger! (I just turned 63 and I'm told I look like maybe my early to mid 50's!!!)

So thank you curves2j and everyone else! One day at a time! One ounce at a time. Thank you all and Happy Easter to you and your families. He is Risen!!

Feels like ever since I made it out of the 190s strange things are happening. Hopefully I can make some adjustments this week and get back to losing some weight. Have a good weekend everyone.
