Such great progress!!! I started at 330 a week ago - I am hoping for 10 lbs a month but secretly I really want 12 too!! I am hoping the exercise will create the extra 500 calorie deficit needed to lose that 3rd lb a week. Wishing you great positivity in your journey!

Goal weight: 300lb. In the past I've gotten down to 350 before, but I haven't been 300 pounds since I was in high school. I'd like to know what 300 pounds feel like! It doesn't sound like a low number to most ppl, but coming from 490, .....300 is a great number for me!!!

Years of yo yo dieting: None. I've been heavy since childhood. I have valid reasons as I suspect we all do, most of which have nothing to do with a medical condition in my case. However, I've been away from the source of those reasons for quite a while and now it's just a matter of apathy, laziness and bad habits. I could do better and I want to do better.
