Happy Monday. Sunday was filled with joy, family and food. Time to get back to the basics.

1. 5K easy pace - done
2. move furniture before doctors tomorrow
3. HIIT tonight
4. water water water
5. lo carb - should be easy since overloaded on carbs yesterday!

Have a great day and start to the week! I am staying away from scale til the next milestone on Wednesday!

    Ate way too much candy yesterday. Wow is my weight through the roof!

    This week is going to be crazy. We're closing on the house on Wednesday and moving on Saturday. Add in an important presentation at work this week and it's the perfect storm of stress. I know we'll be eating a lot of convenience food and out to eat this week.

    So I'm going to do my best to stick to my calories and do my workouts. If I slip anywhere, it'll be doing my steps. But I'll be packing and moving boxes, so I'm not too worried.

    Deep breaths this week.

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. TRX class

    Congrats SingRunTing and relax this week. You are going to be crazy busy with moving and with that comes grabbing take out and what not. Don't fret its only a week or so and you will be super busy so will be getting plenty of exercise just not your usual kind.

    Finally feel like I am coming back to the land of the living after 2 months of feeling like the walking dead. 2 iron infusions and 2 medical procedures and lots of rest, I think I am on the upside again.

    Todays goals:
    select wise choices
    try to stay within calories
    hydrate
    couple of hours of yard work
    good night sleep

    2 out of three yesterday. But I cleared the remaining today with a lovely long walk over the very windy headland. Back to work tomorrow so the plan is the standard
    Water not coffee
    No unauthorised snacking
    Stick to the meal plan
    Lunch time walk and a morning one if possible

    @Kenda2427 I'm so happy to hear you are doing better and I can't wait to see you back in full force!!!
    As for myself, yesterday was very nice but I was entirely spared of the usual holiday abuse because I'm Greek Orthodox and our Easter is in May :) I just calculated my weekly average weight and it's better than the previous week. Not a significant difference but I will take it considering all the cake I had last week.
    Today I want to cover all my basics and have nice day all around.

    @Frigs I know what you mean about people and they're comments. I could understand if I was overly thin but I'm just healthy and as I don't make comments about others I would really appreciate if the peanut gallery would keep the comments to themselves.

    tomorrow I see my sister and I'm excited we have a girls day planned so I'm hoping for a nice day. We'll see what happens.

    Congrats SingRunTing On the move!!!!! This last couple of days was super busy, it looks like hubby will be in complete retirement as of this Thursday, :) plus this next weekend we're getting my grand son for 5 days, :) Since it's spring break for him and mom is starting a new job!!!!! My plan is to make smart food choices, :)

    Goals for today:
    1. Gym workout - done
    2. Hit fiber goal
    3. No late night snacking
    4. Bob Harper's Strength - done
    5. Calorie goal - 1400
