Hello and let's talk

Hello everyone. I am new to My Fitness Pal groups. Don't see much here so thought I'd start up a convo and see what happens? I am 8, almost 9 weeks postpartum and ready to be more thoughtful about minding my food intake with a goal of optimal health and weight reduction. I have a two-part goal: First: Losing 20 lbs to my pre-pregnancy weight, and then losing another 20. Love to connect and hear your stories.

    Hi, I have a 3 year old and a 13 month old. I have about 25 lbs to lose. I've been tracking my food here and I've been walking/jogging because a gym membership isn't in the budget. I just have to watch my calories closely (which has never really worked for me).

    I lost the baby weight with my first child after I weaned him because breastfeeding makes me HUNGRY! So until I wean my little girl I know I'll be struggling but I need to at least get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes lol.
