Just a couple things to highlight. First we lost an additional 80 lbs last week. We had several people drop out or just not post after week one so the spreadsheet got cleaned up and the rule is 3 consecutive non weigh ins info will be eliminated. This week will put us at halfway through the challenge
The amazing race is moving along as well. Some have dropped out or are mia. If you are in the race and not posting you will be considered mia and you need to tell your leader you will not be a part of it. We have two weeks before any teams will be eliminated so truthfully it is anyones ball game at this point so if you had a relaxing week due to easter help your team out and put forth the effort. You only get what your put into your team and with the race. Okay off my soap box. Lets have a great week.

I put this post on the thread for the "Healthy Food Nutrition Challenge" ... and want to share it here because, yes I am a B ...y stickler to following through all the steps requested.Ok, it's nice to read about what people like and don't like to eat ... however ... what are we learning from this, really?
Are we following the description of the challenge or are we only completing the first step? ... Maybe the challenge wasn't clear enough?
Here is what the challenge said ... I've copied and pasted it below, just changed the format so we all can see easily the steps this asks us to do ...
Nutritional challenge 10 pts
1 - Make a list of your favorite healthy foods.
2 - Once you’ve identified what foods you love the most, you can then determine what it is about those foods you love so much. Perhaps its a particular seasoning, the texture, the color, or even the smell.
3 - Once you identify why you love it, see if you can find ways to bring out those characteristics in more nutritious ways.

It is harder. Certain types of food cause us to have triggers whether it is sweet, salty, spicy or crunchy.0

Just want to say that you guys are rocking this challenge!!! 80 pounds is an incredible loss! Just want everyone to know that although I haven't been participating I am still here and going strong! So happy for everyone and hope you guys all have a great weekend!

@Melodieccurn I am feeling wonderful!! Sooo much energy here in the second trimester I am loving it. We find out next week what we are having! This has been the best pregnancy. Thanks so much for these challenges they do help keep me on top of things knowing I have to weigh in with someone every week.0
