Morning, Everyone! I hope none of you got pranked to bad yesterday. Today we are going to stretch out legs a bit!

Today's Challenge: Do 3 set of 5 lunges

Lunges are a great way to stretch your legs as well as work out those muscles. If you have trouble try doing smaller ones. :)
