Tell us how you burned some calories today. I did my normal walk this evening but spent the day at the lake with lits if walking. It was a beautiful day

I walked a 3 mile loop this morning and some chair dips.
I'll probably alternate walking with workouts dvds during this 3 month challenge.0 -
I sucked it up and got on my elliptical. I think that is a love it or hate it machine. Lol. The weather went back to cold yesterday and continues today with wind chills in the teens. So I'm sure I'll be on it again today.0

I did DDP yoga. Haven't done it in a while. Already feeling it. Lol0

Today I worked in the yard and pressure washed all day. Will be doing that again tomorrow, already feeling sore!0

Yesterday completed 3 days of power washing and spring cleaning the patio and yard. I'm sore and sunburned but I think I burned calories! lol0

Got a walk in today! 65 degrees but the weather is back on the downhill tomorrow with snow in the forecast this weekend.0

I (re)started 21 day fix. Today I had to play catch-up. This morning I did lower fix and this evening I did Pilates Fix. Tomorrow is Cardio Fix Yippeee!! (not really) I wish you all the best is reaching your goal(s).0
