I figure we can post some healthy recipes here if we have any to share. Remember, we can alter normal dishes to create more healthy versions by changing ingredients. Let's see 'em.

A healthy alternative for spaghetti noodles is a spaghetti squash. It even tastes better. Don't be afraid to give it a try if you've never had it.
- Preheat the oven to 450
- Cut Spaghetti Squash in half
- Lightly spray cookie sheet with oil
- Place Sp.Sq. open side down
- Bake for 15-18 minutes (until insides are soft)
- Rake the inside of the squash with a fork to create the "noodles"
- pour a low sodium, low sugar, minimal ingredient spaghetti sauce on top
- Enjoy.
