Monthly Mini Challenge - APRIL

So for April I was thinking a good attainable goal was for everyone to commit to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking plenty of water is going to help us keep from overeating, and has been known to help you burn even more calories then those who don't drink enough!
I was also thinking for May, we should take a vote on what May's challenge should be!

I bought two of these 32 oz fruit infuser
water bottles from Amazon.com & found them helpful. I prepare them the night before to get the optimum taste of the fresh fruit. I take them with me to work & when I finish them I know I got my 8 glasses in. My favorite fruit combination is lemon slices with Fuji apple slices. . .so good!0 -

I'm in! Water is most definitely one of the best things you can do for yourself. That being said, it is also one of the biggest challenges for me. I really have to make myself drink. If you are a gadget person (I am!!), Amazon has a great Thermos connected water bottle. I admit....it's a little pricey, but I love that it will gently remind you that you need to drink.0 -

I'm on my 6th glass of water so far, how are you all doing?0 -
I just finished number 8 and refilled my bottle ... I am looking for another 4 before I go home for the day.
I drink a lot of water, probably to counteract all the coffee I drink!0 -
I already do this I effectively cut out any drinks that aren't water in early March - had black tea and broth when I was sick, and I have the occasional diet coke (maybe 5 in the last month) but otherwise water is the go to.
Can we have alternative challenges for people already doing the main one?0 -
I normally drink 4 - 6 cups (3 x 500ml btls) but can't seem to get that last one in....
I will try harder this month0 -
Just finished drinking 48oz water till now. Refilled bottle. Will finish more 24 oz before heading for home.0
