So, I'm curious - what are some weekly prep and / or ideas that you practice that make eating healthy easier, cheaper, and readily available for grabbing on the go?
I started this week by using a gallon milk jug and making a gallon of cold brew coffee (about a half cup of grounds in cold water steeped overnight and put though a coffee filter each time you pour a cup. The way I'm not tempted to stop on my way to school!

I try to keep baggies with portioned snacks (carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, etc), boiled eggs, homemade chicken salad, to grab in a rush or when I know I'll be out of the house for a few hours.0

having a few hard boiled eggs ready to go helps, and I always try to get more then one meal when Im actually cooking, like, dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow type deal. It means there is usually something in the fridge if I'm hungry.0
