Let's get back to some core work and revisit the Plank Challenge! Remember, we're going for total time rather than consecutive time. It is suggested that there isn't a benefit to doing planks for longer than 1 minute at a time. Some trainers cut that back to 30 seconds, so don't be afraid to do small increments throughout the day. Modify your planks as needed to make them easier or harder based on your own fitness level. Here's the link with several variations.
