HI there,
Can you please help me with this,
I have a 7 months old baby boy, and i am breastfeeding him after work and at night.
MI application said i need to eat 1200 calories a day, but if i am breastfeeding how many calories need to be. Someone can help me with this.

Oh wow me too! Except my baby is almost three months. I would love to know the answer to this as well because I feel like 1200 calories isn't enough.1
