I need to start drinking more water so I really need to participate in this challenge. I have been doing so good but have fell off on my water intake for the past week or so. I'm not drinking anything bad, just coffee and water, just not as much water as I should be drinking!0

I've been doing great with 110 oz a day.0

I normally drink about a gallon and a half of water each day. It does help me to eat less, burn mote calories, and I always feel refreshed. It also helps to flush out sodium so my swelling in my ankles and feet has vanished.0

@fantasci2004 whooooo thats a lotttt water. Proud of you. If i will drink i will sit in the restroom whole day doing nothing but peeing.0

@Mirabelle_Out - Lol, it is tough, I did this challenge back in february - some days were harder than others. Maybe you could go through the list and pick 5 you can commit to so you can do it too?
@poojaknsl - I would think a veggie sub is fine if you get it on wheat bread1 -

Ok fair enough!
I'm already doing no soda and I eat wheat bread.
Do like chips. Love veggie straws!!!
No soda, no ice cream, no candy, no white bread, no pastries, no cake/doughnuts, no biscuits.
So I guess I'm doing most of it.0 -
Yesterday I didn't eat any of these stuff. So i guess today is Day2 of this challenge for me0

Veggie straws are really good! I would think they are ok in portions too - I'm eating Skinny Pop so I don't know if that counts as chips or not but in portions, I can fit them into my day
Day 2 is almost over, I've done good so far but when 2 o'clock hit I was really craving some chocolate! Ate some skinny pop instead. But I really need something sweet for when sweet cravings hit me.. any suggestions that are fairly low in carbs?1 -
KIND bars are pretty yummy. My favourite is the almond cashew. It tastes like icecream to me.0

I love the minute made frozen juice. They are low carb, sweet and delicious! Really it that sweet spot for me!0
