Day one:Woke up did a pre-workout before I got the kids ready for school. After they got on the bus I went walking on the walking trail. When I got back home I was so hungry that I ate not one but three boiled eggs,small bowl of mixed fruit, one slice of toast and a cup of coffee. How was your day one?

Today I have a week of using MFP ... My cravings are there but I manage to beat them. Today I had tuna, soft cheese, a slice of toast and cofee for breakfast and some Greek yogurt with a spoon of raspberry jam...like a snack . :-)1

I had a fruit smoothie this morning and a great gym session. My insomnia went away for now, so I actually felt like I could get on with the day today. I also signed up for yet another run. Gosh I'm crazy this year. I'm doing a lot of virtual runs and virtual events this summer and so far I've really enjoyed that. I was kinda worried I wouldn't put in the work, but so far so good.2
