Thursday! How is everyone doing today?

It's a two cup of coffee morning here, but I get to paint all day in the studio and I'm really excited! I was really sick for two years and couldn't work a regular job anymore so I pulled out my retirement and bought paints, canvass, a table to sit at etc. But I just haven't been able to get into gear and get started. I keep wondering, 'what the heck do I paint?' and if it needs to be good enough to sale and what would be best and the paints were expensive so I don't want to waste anything on something that doesn't turn out. Massive mental hurdles, but today I'm going to do it, I'm determined! :)

    I'm so glad that you are well. You can paint what you been through to where you are now. I would love to see your work. Find you a muse. You came so far. I know that you can get through anything. ;)

    FJames you need a full time job saying supporting things because yu are amazing at it! Glad we're friends now, you're a slice of sunshine.

    I'm really trying to lose 25lbs, I'm an "Athena" runner. I kinda like the term Athena over the words...pudgy, chubby, fat. Hehe, makes me sound like I'm a bad *kitten*. But the truth is, I have a 15 mile mountain run coming up, so I've been asking myself, "do you want to carry 25lbs up and over the mountains?" I've been picking up 25lbs (well my laundry) and asking myself - would you want to go run over a half marathon while lugging this?" I'm going to work harder with my nutrition.

    Thank you! I'm very excited and over joyed that I'm meeting so many mommies on her also. "Athena" works just fine for me. Hey laundry works. It's a great source for weights. I use my baskets for weights sometimes. You can do it! That 15 mile run will be no problem. Stop thinking about it. Once you start thinking you will start over thinking. Then there comes the doubts and negative thoughts. So just do it! If you are going to think about it think I can do this! I got this! Oh yeah this is what I'm but for and break out and dance! (Lol) Pump yourself up. Took a look a your work and I love love love it! Keep it up!
