So, yesterday I was told that I needed to go gluten free by my doctor. I'm also going to have an upper GI biopsy to confirm Celiac's but he thinks it's really likely that I have at the minimum a gluten sensitivity. At this point I'm ready to try anything just to get a little relief. Today is my first full day not eating gluten and I have to say I kind of feel like crud. Is there any credibility to the gluten withdrawal symptoms? What do y'all think?

Hi, No, there isn't. The only thing that kept me from eating gluten was i remembered how i felt. It takes a while for your body to adjust though. There is alot of stuff out there now. If you need any help a long the way I would be glad to help out. just so you know you need to stay away from regular vinegar, you can only have distilled vinegar. Just an example. :)

Hi! Thanks for the tip about vinegar. I had no idea. I usually use apple cidar vinegar, do you think that would be alright? I use it when I make apple butter or wilted lettuce.
