    I have shakes for lunch but I try to make dinner something that contains protein, veggies and a tiny bit of whole grain carb (although I'm looking at getting rid of the grains again).

    I like to eat my lunch and drink my dinner. Typically I will have a My Fit Foods lunch which as fresh, healthy prepackaged meals. If I cook for myself I like grilled chicken or shrimp in a salad or in a wrap.
