Ok, I am on day two doing 2 Total Soy shakes a day (one with coffee and one with almond milk), a sensible meal, and a snack or two as needed. My real-meal today was a huge chicken breast (Sam's club- go figure) and a cup of steamed green beans. I had sliced that monstrosity of a chicken breast in half to help it cook through. I couldn't eat the second piece, so I counted it as 3 oz. for half the breast. I'll eat the other half tomorrow. In all I had approx. 700 calories for the day and lots of water so I figure I am ok. My goal calories is 1200, but because I didn't get to 1000 this diary thing is fussing at me. People I'm over 450 lbs... really?! I don't plan to go that low on a regular but I don't think I need to eat if I'm not hungry and I know I'm getting enough nutritional support. What do you guys think?

If you eat less than 1000 cals it will say that. I have a lot to lose. I have lost 25lbs in 6 weeks. I have my profile set for 2 lbs a week and it gives me 1800 cals. I have noticed that when I eat a lot less than that my WL stalls. Our bodies think it's starving so it will hold on tthe weight and our metabolism will slow down. How this helps
