Hi Kaylah, I'm an emotional eater & no matter how i start off well i can never last past the 3rd or 4th day, its the sweets . My only goal to lose to bring my glucose numbers down (diabetes ) . I know i can beat this, Great victory to all of us.

You can do it!!! Something you could do, is find some sugar-free recipes online for your favorite sweets. They won't taste the exact same of course, but you'll feel much better!0
