    My goals for today:
    - Drink more water
    - Achieve 10,000 steps (including exercise)
    - Consume at least 1,000 calories

    On another thread, in another group, there's a daily goals point system. Some people on there will get themselves something nice if they hit a certain goal. Mine are:

    -Workout 6 days a week
    -Keep track of my spending
    -Try to be a little nicer
    -Keep up with the chores
    -Be mindful of my intake

    My only real goals for this week is to finish out week 4 on c25k, and make sure I stay within my calories each day. In the coming weeks, I need to reassess my food situation because MFP has lowered my total calorie intake per day, plus I'm getting tired of eating the same stuff ever day, plus I need to tighten up my grocery budget.

    Eat under 20 grabs carbs in order to lose some of the water weight from yesterday's binge.

    Today's goals:

    I already binged this morning...I hate waking up and still having super strong urges from the previous night. Two huge bowls of cereal and half a jar of Nutella before I put soap in in and threw it out. Disgusting. Yesterday was my third day of 5000 total. Weighed myself and took my measurements and I'm absolutely horrified at how big I've become and I need to make a change now. I'm not doing this another year and I need to lose a very large amount of weight before I start school again in the fall.

    Eat less than 3000 calories
    Finish making study guides for at least 2/4 classes
    dont binge any more (just eating dinner and maybe one clif bar)

    Those sound like good goals! Maybe try purposefully upping your calories significantly and see if eating that amount will reduce bingeing? That's what the nutritionist wanted me to do. I can't say I've been doing it though, but when I start bingeing daily again I'm gonna try it.

    My goal for today is to stop bingeing. I've had a few mini binges so far and am about to head to my internship. Hoping they forget the doughnuts. I want to try to turn the day around despite a rough beginning.

    I upped my calories before the marathon, then stopped working out but am still aiming for the same amount. It just sucks because with the new higher goal, one binge outs me into weight gain calories for the week.

    To stop ripping open my knuckles when fixing things around my house, and to look before I grab things in my shed to prevent myself from cutting open my finger. Also to get in 10000 steps today and be mindful of my food choices.

    - eat low carb to compensate for yesterday's binge and hopefully drop some of the water weight

    My goal for this week is to not binge. I've been getting jittery about it because if I make to the 19th or 20th, it will have been a full month since my last binge.

    Part of me feels like I end up trying to sabotage myself but I'm determined to make and go beyond.
