I can see already that I will have to continue finding new recipes as to not get bored eating the same things over and over and over again :)

    I agree! It's day 4, and my chicken breast and asparagus is looking a little dull!

    my breakfast has been smoothies, I just add different fruit, so that gives me some variety.
    Today for dinner I added some ground round, can't eat chicken and fish every day.

    I use
    6 ice cubes
    1/4 cup greek yogurt (plain)
    1/2 packet stevia
    1/2 banana
    1/4 cup berries (frozen)
    2 Tablespoons dried milk
    1/2 cup water

    fruit can be changed up
    sometimes i do banana and peanut butter
