***WEEKLY CHALLENGE*** April 24

So we're already ending what would be the second day of a weekly challenge, and I've got nothing. My focus has been on legal matters that are getting bigger rather than smaller, so I had an idea!
Instead of me just asking you to do one exercise all week, let's challenge each other. What would you like to challenge the group to do? Go ahead and comment what you want people in the group to try out this week! I'm sure I'll think of something to add to the list soon....and I'm really hoping there will be a list. No pressure ladies, but I'm really hoping you'll save my *kitten* in this standing thread for our final week. lol

I don't know if everyone has a pedometer but if would fun to do steps. I really liked the week that you has each of us just list our actcvities. It was motivating and competitive.0

Thanks for bringing this up! That was the high mileage challenge. Walk, run, row, etc was one category, and biking was a separate category. I'm in for that. Anyone else?0 -

Tuesday - 4.25 treadmill walk

Great job. I know Jillian is probably ready for this to end so she doesn't have to keep up with it but I have really enjoyed this group. Maybe we can extend....

I would actually be willing to keep it going, although I would want a little help... Maybe another moderator to take on some of the responsibilities and/or keep things going when I'm not able to focus on this. I really wasn't sure if anyone would want to continue after 12 weeks.

1 mile today, 6 miles total so far. I like our group too.
Sorry I am crazy busy trying to learn this new job and now will have to travel again Sunday for another week of training. (Just when I lost 6 pounds of water wt from last trip- all that sodium.)
We should "friend" each other too,(I'm not sure how...lol) however ,right now I know I couldn't do moderator this time, but our following quarter I will be more settled and take a turn as co-moderator. I'm in for the life long changes long term!

Asking us to put our money where our mouth is...I think I could help most weeks. Think about it....maybe we could re-up and get a few more interested in the life long changes aspect. I don't know. Great job on the 3.5 miles!!!! I got just a mile and a quarter this morning...a little tuckered out, but the mile was at 8 minutes. Feeling pretty good...hoping can do that on three miles. 11.53....grocery store tonight

Oh yea...I broke the 156 plateau 155.9 this morning.
Probably be back up the 156 by Sunday but I was excited ....

Thursday 4.75 miles treadmill walk
Friday rest
Saturday 2 miles treadmill walk

Friday- 1 mile, Saturday- 1 mile. 8 miles total.
I have not done well getting "real" workouts in, but keep moving!!
Also 241.2 pounds this week- if I don't get it posted in our weigh in section0
