Hi all! I'm Christine and I am a 29 year old Mom of 2, I had my daughter when I was 24 and my son when I was 27. After the birth of my daughter I was fortunate enough to bounce back fairly quickly to my post baby body. After gaining 60 lbs with my son, it has been a struggle. I am 19 months postpartum; I have lost most of the weight that I gained but my muscle tone is almost none existent and as my 4 year old would say " mommy your stomach is sooo squishy". Fitness hasn't really ever been a thing of mine but I have made a pact with myself that I will fit into my old pre 2nd baby bathing suit this summer when my husband and I go away for an adults only beach vacation in August (my bathing suit is hanging right next to my bed so it is the 1st thing I see in the am and last thing I see before bed). I started doing T25 this week and hope to stick with it and see a change!

    Hi Christine!

I haven't done T25 but I'm doing 21 Day fix from Beachbody. It comes with a daily workout video and the "portion" control containers. Just stick with it! If T25 is anything like 21 day fix, it will be challenging but a great workout! I'm 11.5 postpartum and only lost 20 out of the 40 lbs I gained :( and I was heavier to begin with. What has helped me is I didn't gain all this weight over night so it's not going to come off like that. However I just want to feel better about myself and making the commitment is the first step!

I heard great things about 21 Day Fix! How many days in are you?

I'm on day 5. So far so good. Ironically yesterday was "pilates" day. That was harder than the cardio, lol. Food wise I've been doing well - I'm getting in a lot more proteins/fruits/veggies than before and it's been keeping me fuller. I even resisted oreos in the office kitchen today ;)
