    Minneapolis. I use U of M gyms for workouts. I love Eagan Civic arena and Coon rapids ice arena for weekly ice skating with my kiddo.

    I live in Lauderdale near the MN state fair grounds. Any suggestions for someone with bad knees?

    I live in Minneapolis, swimming best thing for knees. I use the waise pool, heated. Open swim, check the schedule, see what works for you. Gayle

    Rochester. I used to love to bike but have been away for a couple of years due to an illness. Now I want to get back into it. So any easy riders beginners south side I would meet up with if interested in groups.
