I feel like I'm back on track! Hurdles are coming up the first couple of weeks. My sons birthday is Thursday, so that will be dinner out. Then traveling home next weekend for a week and going out to dinner with my mom and gram for Mother's Day. AND they love to bake! Lol2

Week 1- 226lbs
Week 2- 220lbs.
Week 3 - 220lbs
Week 4 - 217.6lbs (new scale. )
Down 4.4lbs
Remaining- 15.6lbs2 -
Biggest hurdles a dept of 10 is now down to 5people. Lots of work lots of overtime and I can't remember the last day I had off. If all goes ok I just may have thursday off. then I think my next day off will be the middle of June unless we get someone trained. That's my biggest hurdle.1

Maybe just slipping, it is subtle a little here a little there, calories creeping up, weight staying the same. Stressful time at work for the next two weeks so very busy and don't have much time to plan ahead. Recommitting to it this week!0

My weight jumped on my last (this) weigh in, and I know why. I have quit eating so much candy and sodium laden extra junk, so I am hoping for a better weigh in this next one. I need to get the scale back in the right direction!1

Week 2: 162.2 I've been working on batch cooking breakfast and lunch for the work week.
Week 3: 161.8 Not much of a loss, but every fraction of a lb counts. Really rough week this week.
Week 4: 160.7 Not doing great exercise wise, but managed to stay under calories so I still lost a pound! Hoping to get back into running on a regular schedule - this past week I only ran once, but it was once more than the week before1 -
