Hi Everyone!
We will be supplementing the daily challenges with a series called "Did You Know?" that contains images, infographics, news articles, and other resources that will help you sit less and move more.
I posted this image on Quitting the Sitting's Facebook page last week and it was very popular. Since our theme today is to gather ideas to sit less and select our "One Thing" (one sit less strategy for you to prioritize this month), this infographic is a natural choice.
