Hi Thanks for starting group! I don't know how these groups work but looks like this one is just starting so for now I say let's try to do half hour of exercise daily or whatever daily exercise is appropriate for you and share what we've done as a start. It will give us something to discuss.

I did Full Out workout, took walk after dinner (even in rain) & 8 minutes of abs workout (tried to do it) I didn't lose weight, which is discouraging, but it is a healthy lifestyle.0

Today I did In The Pocket workout which was fun. The scale isn't going down but I did eat one cookie yesterday, ugh! Otherwise ate on point. Trying to stay positive.0
